Music: Michael W. Dean.
Words, voice, field samples: Phil Wormuth.

Includes sounds of bells that Phil recorded (pic above.) And starts with the sound of Phil’s pepper grinder slowed down and looped, throughout.
Is part of a new plan to have Phil recording out in the field on his phone while going about his day.

Phil sez: “Love this!!! Sounds so industrical (I invented that term by accident – I was typing industrial and mechanical and it happened.)”

LYRICS:
Those Rats at City Hall
Flustered city officials rush to close dump
as disposal prices skyrocket,
due to strained foreign relations.

The sluggish garbage market
is wreaking havoc is municipalities
across the nation who can no longer
afford to ship their trash overseas…

“I guess our trash is too good for ‘em,”
noted Sam Gallop, man on the street.

“Soon, the rats will outnumber
the people in this country…
maybe, that was the plan all along!”

Soon, the rats will outnumber
the people in this country…”

Soon, the rats will outnumber
the people in this country…”

Soon, the rats will outnumber
the people in this country…”

Soon, the rats will outnumber
the people in this country…”

…In ALL countries.

…In ALL countries.

…In ALL countries.

…In ALL countries.
