Chautauqua is very snobby.<br \/>\nI kinda got snobbed outta there.<\/p>\n<p>It was a dry town too.<br \/>\nYou couldn&#8217;t buy alcohol there<br \/>\nAnd technically it was illegal to drink it there<br \/>\nbut it wasn&#8217;t really enforced<br \/>\nas long as it was in your house.<\/p>\n<p>But there was&#8230;.do you know the term &#8220;Chautauqua Tea?&#8221;<br \/>\nNo, but I can kinda guess what that is.<br \/>\nAmended tea.<br \/>\nLet&#8217;s put it that way.<\/p>\n<p>Fortified tea.<br \/>\nYeah, it&#8217;s little old ladies sitting there<br \/>\nwith a silver tea set,<br \/>\nporcelain fine tea cups<br \/>\non their porch in Chautauqua<br \/>\ndrinkin&#8217; booze<br \/>\nor booze mixed with tea.
